29 CFR 1926.1101(l)(4)(ii): Waste and debris and accompanying dust in an area containing accessible thermal system, surfacing ACM/PACM, or visibly deteriorated ACM was not promptly cleaned up and disposed of in leak tight containers:  a)      Apartment 105:  The employer did not ensure that hot water piping insulation that tested positive for asbestos (10%  Chrysotile) was cleaned up and removed from work location promptly; on or about 08/01/16.  b)      Apartment 106:  The employer did not ensure that hot water piping insulation that tested positive for asbestos (30%  Chrysotile) was cleaned up and removed from work location promptly; on or about 08/01/16.  c)       Apartment 107:  The employer did not ensure that hot water piping insulation that tested positive for asbestos (50%  Chrysotile) was cleaned up and removed from work location promptly; on or about 08/01/16.
