Portland Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949000, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 18 McKinley Court, Diamond Cove, Portland, Maine 04106.

Southwest Balcony, Second Floor - The midrail height of the guardrail system is not installed at least 21 inches high.   Portland Builders Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949000, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/17/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 18 McKinley Court, Diamond Cove, Portland, Maine 04106.
