29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Sink Area; The employer failed to ensure that employees required to mix liquid corrosives such as, but not limited to Signet Three-Compartment Sink Sanitizer, Signet Neutral Disinfectant, Signet Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner/Degreaser, and Signet Heavy Duty Non-Acid Washroom Cleaner/Disinfectant with water were provided with an eye wash station or other suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes for immediate emergency use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) Throughout: Employees were required to work with chemicals such as, but not limited to corrosive and irritant cleaning liquids.  The employer did not provide training specific to the hazards of chemicals used at the establishment to all employees working with hazardous chemicals. Exposure to these chemicals could result in skin burns and/or irritation.
