On August 22, 2016, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating the eXmark Lazer Z X-Series riding lawnmower without the rollover protective structure (ROPS) in the raised position.     b) Jobsite at W. Bayfront Parkway and Niagara Pointe Drive in Erie, PA.  On August 22, 2016, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating an eXmark Lazer Z X-Series riding mower without utilizing the seatbelt when operating the lawnmower.
