29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) Construction Site: On August 24, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet to the ground below while removing asphalt shingles on a 2-12 pitch roof.
