29 CFR 1960.59(a): 29 CFR 1960.59(a):  The Agency did not provide specialized job safety and health training appropriate to the work performed by the employee:  a) 91 Bartlett Park Rd. - On or about 8/23/2016, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when specific training was not given to employees (including seasonal employees) who operate the 2016 XCaliber Dixie Chopper zero-turn lawn mowers before performing mower operations.  b) 91 Bartlett Park Rd. - On or about 8/23/2016, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when specific training was not given to employees (including seasonal employees) on the U.S. Department of Transportation/Federal Highway Administration's  Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), before performing mowing operations on the roadways.
