29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): 29 CFR 1926.1424(a)(2)(ii): To prevent employees from entering hazard areas, the employer did not erect and maintain control lines, warning lines, railings or similar barriers to mark the boundaries of the hazard areas and/or did not train each employee to understand what these markings signify.    Construction site, East side of building, On or about August 26, 2016, Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when the control lines, warning lines did not extend passed the swing radius of the superstructure of the crane.
