29 CFR 1910.180(h)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that the crane was not loaded beyond the rated load capacity.  On or about June 6, 2018 a Grove crane was set up with 1/2 outriggers with 71 tons of counterweight exposing the crane's operator to the hazard of being struck by the crane if the crane was rotated. The crane was located in the parking lot of the building where RTU were being replace in kind with new AC units.
