29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems: a) At the jobsite, on or about 8/26/16: Workers were applying a roof coating system to a commercial low-slope roof, approximately 20 feet from ground without fall protection of any kind.
