29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, on roofs 50-feet or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) 129 E Sixth Street, Media, PA - The employer did not provide a monitoring system for the employees working on a low-slope roof (approximately 4:12 pitch or less) approximately 12 feet above the lower level and approximately 12 feet wide thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. This condition was observed on or about August 23, 2016.
