29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(iv):  The employer did not instruct every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all covered equipment with which he was or would be involved including making sure everyone is clear of machinery before starting the engine, engaging power, or operating the machine:  On or about September 7, 2016, the employer did not ensure employees were provided training on how to stay clear of machinery:  a. At the baler in the main gin building;  b. At the end of the bale bagging line where bales are pushed together with an actuated piston in the main gin building.

On or about September 7, 2016, in the module feeder building below the belt conveyor, employees monitored the unguarded auger for clogging.
