29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge:  a) On or about 5/19/2016, Marauder Blvd, Army Reserve Center:  Employees were conducting roofing work on a low slope roof, the warning lines were less than three feet from the roof edge.  Employees were exposed to falls of 18 feet.

Employees were exposed to falls of 18 feet.
