29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment parked on inclines did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set. This violation occurred on or about September 8, 2016, at NE 132nd and N. Bryant, an employee washing the concrete mixer truck was not required to use wheel chocks when parked on an incline exposing the employee to the hazards of being struck by and caught under the machinery.
