29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings, where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system:    a) West side of building, third floor, on or about 8-22-16:  One employee was removing windows while standing on the window sill, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 23 feet 5 inches.     b) East side of building, second floor, on or about 8-22-16:  One employee was removing windows while standing on the window sill, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of 16 feet 16 feet 2 inches.
