29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: Paint department: On or about September 13, 2016, and times prior thereto, employee(s) performing spray paint operations were exposed to chemical hazards from the use of automotive paint products which contained chemicals such as, but not limited to, 2-butoxyethanol, which is a skin irritant and permeator, and chemical resistant foot wear and pants were not provided to prevent dermal contact.
