29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:    (a) On or about 9/30/2016 - at 2460 Valleydale Rd., Hoover, AL, the employer had not instructed all subcontractor employees about potential unsafe conditions  and how to control or eliminate the hazards such as fall from heights and respiratory illness when working with cement.
