29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a)  At Lot 27 Alpine Park Ct. New Park Subdivision, Montgomery, Alabama:  on or about October 11, 2016 and at times prior;  the employer allowed his employees to set trusses in place that were being lifted over their head with a crane and non of the employees were wearing a hard hat exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 27 Alpine Park Ct. New Park Subdivision, Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about October 11, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to stand on the tops of framed walls to set roof trusses in place without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet 6 inches to the ground below.   THE PR FRAMING, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 896103, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 8, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 9255 CONCORD PARK DR.., MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 899014, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 30, 2013, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1519 MORNING SIDE PARK DR., MONTGOMERY, ALABAMA AND IN INSPECTION NUMBER 579739, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 18, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 306 EASTGATE DRIVE, 312 EASTGATE DRIVE, PRATTVILLE, ALABAMA .
