29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems:      The employer did not ensure appropriate fall protection was implemented for employees performing commercial roofing operations on a flat roof that was greater than 50 feet wide when they were exposed fall hazards associated with an approximately eleven (11) foot fall.    The employer (Metro Roofing Inc) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 927114, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/17/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 6105 Mexico Rd, Saint Peters, Mo 63376.    The employer (Metro Roofing Inc) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 859584, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/12/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 9643 Olive Road, Olivette, MO 63132.    The employer (Metro Roofing) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 549198, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6300 N Illinois, Fairview Heights, IL  62208.
