29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a. 11 Waverly Court, Belle Mead, NJ  Employees engaged in residential framing activities were not protected from head injury by use of hard hats.  Employees installing sheathing were working directly below employees on a scaffold where there was a possible danger of falling objects that included framing materials and pneumatic tools. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:  a. 11 Waverly Court, Belle Mead, NJ  Employees engaged in the framing of a residential structure were observed using an 8-foot, A-Frame ladder in a manner not intended by the manufacture.  Employees use an A-Frame ladder in the closed position as a means of access to a figure 4 scaffold erected on the worksite.  Violation observed on or about October 18, 2016
