29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 18, 2016, Employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19ft. 6in. and 25ft. on a construction site in Peoria, Illinois, and none of the fall protection systems specified above were used.
