29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Jaurez, Ivan dba Perfect Roofing at 4174 S. Poplar Way, Denver, CO 80237: On and before November 3, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing work on a ranch-style single family home were protected from falling through the use of a fall protection system. Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet.
