29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    (a)  Sperling Heating & Ventilation Co. on or about November 07, 2016 at the address of 5836 Southwyck Blvd. Toledo, OH: The employer did not ensure employees installing mechanical duct work atop a commercial type structure were adequately protected from falls.  The employees working in this condition were exposed to an approximately 56 ft. fall to the ground below.
