29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about November 29, 2016, at the worksite located at Unit 3308 of Building #3, 8000 Doral Blvd, Doral, Fl.  An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 21'-0" to a lower level while receiving materials at a distance up to 6'-2" of a hoist area without fall protection.
