OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards caused by the safety blocks being launched out of the mechanical power press after press was actuated:     a) On or about 12/01/2016, in the Stamping Department, safety blocks used when unjamming the HEIM 200 Ton Mechanical Power press were not designed, constructed and installed to hold the full working force of the press and tooling members when press was actuated exposing employees to struck-by hazards when the safety blocks were left in the press.
