29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions or where this part indicates the need for using such equipment to reduce the hazards to the employees: On or about; December 6, 2016 Location: Parking lot in front of the entrance to First Larkin Plaza building at Yonkers NY a) Two employees engaged in commercial construction renovation activities, replacing pressure caps on the building's glass in the basket of an aerial lift at a second and third floor levels (approximately 25 feet above the ground) and cutting the aluminum pressure caps with a DEWALT circular saw were not protected from struck by hazards while not wearing hard hats nor safety glasses.
