On November 9, 2016, at a job site located at 503 Kentucky Boulevard in Columbia, Missouri, two employees that were exposed to fall hazards while working from scaffolds had not been trained in the regulations applicable to their work.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:   (a) On or about November 9, 2016, at a job site located at 503 Kentucky Boulevard in Columbia, Missouri, two employees were observed to be working from scaffold platforms over 10 feet above ground without fall protection.  One employee was observed to be working from a roof bracket scaffold approximately 22 feet above the ground, the other employee was observed to be working from a ladder jack scaffold approximately 11 feet above the ground.  Neither employee was protected from the hazard of falling to the ground.
