29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: A) Worksite - On or about December 21, 2016, employees who were voluntarily wearing half-face tight fitting respirators, which had been either supplied by the employer or supplied by the employee, had never been provided with medical evaluations to ensure that the act of wearing the respirators would not expose the employees to hazards.
