29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage.  Building 8691, Propulsion Shop; on or about 03 January 2017 and times prior thereto; two instances were noted where electrical panels had items stored in front of the panel impeding immediate access.        a. Console number 2, had a chair stored in front of the panel impeding access.         b. Console number 5, had a Ping-Pong table stored in front of the panel impeding access.  This condition exposed employees to delays in de-energizing electrical equipment, electrical shock and electrical burn hazard.  The Air Force was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952449, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 19 March 2014, with respect to a workplace located at JBER 3rd Maintenance Squadron, located a JBER Alaska.
