29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times:  Building 9563, Hush House 2, Operators/Control Room:  On or about 3 January 2016 and at times prior thereto, the emergency egress light was found to be inoperative.  This condition exposed employees to smoke-inhalation injuries from delay in accessing the egress.  The 3rd Maintenance Squadron previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952430, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 19 March 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 9696 Vandenberg Ave.
