29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about at 1/12/17 located at 8025 Majors Rd., Cumming, GA: Employees were installing 2x 8 rafters on to the apartment duplex roof that was under construction while on top of the roof approximately 24 foot from the lower level. Employees were passing and swinging up the lumber over each others head up on the roof, employees were observed without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.

On or about at 1/12/17 located at 8025 Majors Rd., Cumming, GA: Employees were exposed to falls and struck- by hazard of 18 - feet from the lower level, while preforming framing work from the make shift scaffolds 2 X 6 lumber. The employer failed to install guard rails and it was not fully decked.
