29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  Throughout construction site: On or about January 20, 2017, employees not wearing protective helmets were exposed to struck-by hazard when other employees were working above them using pneumatic nail guns, while installing the rafters to the residential home.
