29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(ii): The written hazard communication program did not include the methods the employer would use to inform employees of the hazards of non-routine tasks: On or about January 27, 2017, the employer failed to maintain a hazard communication program with the required element of how to communicate to employees the hazards of non-routine tasks. The employer failed to communicate to employees the hazards associated with the use of chemicals in non-routine tasks; including but not limited to the use of pesticides in the workplace.
