29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): "Unprotected sides and edges." An employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about February 16, 2017 for an employee exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet while engaged in sheathing activities without fall protection in place at 2912 Morrison Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
