29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems.    On or about February 22, 2017, on the jobsite where employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 15 feet while attaching steel decking on the roof of the building without using a fall protection system.    Lucero Cureno dba D.R.T.G. Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1132982, citation number  1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/1/2016 with respect to a workplace located at 5040 Franz Road, Katy, Texas 77493.
