No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:           a) On or about February 27, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 13 feet while working from ladder jack scaffolding without the benefit of fall protection.         In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
