29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1):  A circular handfed ripsaw was not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:    (a)   EPS Doublet at 4945 Lima St., Denver, CO 80239:  On and before March 1, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that an employee sustained a hand laceration injury while using a Delta 10-inch circular handfed ripsaw to cut a board lengthwise.  The blade was not guarded.  This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
