29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6):  This provision is applicable to construction employment per 29 CFR 1926.103. The employer did not provide the basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of 29 CFR 1910.134, in written or oral format to employees who wear respirators when such use was not required by the employer:    Capital District Apartments - 225 No. 12th St. - Omaha, NE 68102 - Employer is failing to provide the basic respirator information contained in Appendix D of the standard. Employee(s) voluntarily wore filtering facepiece respirators while performing construction floor work. The hazard was last observed on or about March 1, 2017.
