29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2)(ii): Receptacles and cord connectors having grounding contacts were not effectively grounded in accordance with paragraph (g)(3) of this section: (a) Soup table/server station: On or prior to 3/09/17, Cord connectors for two (2) Wells SW10T counter top soup warmers were not effectively grounded, in that the ground pin conductor had been removed at the plug, exposing employees to shock hazards when touching metal surfaces.
