29 CFR 1926.102(c)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used equipment with filter lenses that had a shade number appropriate for the work being performed, for protection from injurious light radiation.    On or about March 20, 2017 employees were using an oxygen/fuel cutting torch to cut metal mesh/rebar reinforcement pieces without wearing a shade 3 filter lenses.
