29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about March 20, 2017, on the north side of the building where employees were exposed to a fall hazard when troubleshooting a sign installation from a vehicle mounted articulating boom lift without a fall protection system. The Humble Sign Co. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1197236, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2017 with respect to a workplace located at 7667 N. Sam Houston Pkwy., Humble, Texas 77396.
