Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. Employees in the facility were required to handle hazardous chemicals including but not limited to; 1. Pure Bright Germicidal Ultra Bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite)  2. Renown Stainless steel cleaner (Distillates, (petroleum), hydro-treated light naphthenic, Distillates, (petroleum), hydro-treated light, Isobutane and propane).  3. Pine-Sol, All purpose cleaner - Lemon Fresh (Alcohols, C10-14, ethoxylated)    LA Fitness was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 801541, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 400 Settlers Ridge Center Road, Pittsburgh Pa.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

LA Fitness was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(8) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 801541, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 30, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 400 Settlers Ridge Center Road, Pittsburgh Pa.
