29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(vi): Industrial truck(s) in use did not meet the applicable requirements of design, construction, stability, inspection, testing, maintenance, and operation, as defined in American National Standards Institute B56.1-1969, Safety Standards for Powered Industrial Trucks.    a) Centre Square Commons - on or about April 12, 2017, employees were installing a metal canopy being lifted to height by an Ingersoll-Rand VR-6428 variable reach rough terrain forklift while two installers were working under the elevated portion of the loaded fork-truck.    Note: Proper and safe work practices for variable rough terrain forklifts are contained in ANSI/ITSDF 56.1 - 1969, which states, "Do not allow anyone to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty."
