Ground worker was exposed to head injuries from roofing material and equipment above as head protection such as a hard hat was not being worn while working directly underneath the eave of the roof. Workers using and in the vicinity of the pneumatic nail gun were exposed to penetrating eye injuries as they were not provided with, nor wearing,  eye protection. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  39 Leonard Street, Dover, NJ.    Workers involved in reroofing activities were not using any method of fall protection and were exposed to falls of over 20 feet to the ground below from the sloped roof.
