29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a.) 185 Breakneck Rd., Highland Lakes, NJ  Employees engaged in construction activities were exposed to an approximate 10ft. fall hazard when utilizing an extension ladder that was only extended approximately 16 inches above the landing surface accessed, on or about 02/19/2020.

Amazing Contractors, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1224670, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/15/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 39 Leonard St., Dover, NJ.
