29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  (a) Employees engaged in cashier activities were exposed to slip and fall hazards in that the walking surface located in the storage room was not free from water leakage.  (b) Employees engaged in administrative activities were exposed to slip and fall hazards in that the walking surface located at the basement was not free from water accumulation.
