29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    On or about April  13, 2017, in the Maintenance Office Area, the employer failed to ensure that the eyewash station was available for immediate emergency use. The Yale Forklift battery is charged every night after use.

29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iv): Monthly inspections of hoist chains, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and an identifier of the chain which was inspected, were not performed:    On or about April 13, 2017, in the Wet Prep Room, the employer failed to ensure that the Harrington hoist chain was inspected on a monthly basis. Employee(s) used the hoist two or three times a week to move the liquefier/mixer.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    On or about April 13, 2017, in the in-line filler area, the employer failed to ensure that permanent electrical wiring was run for the metal detector on the Resina in-line filler. Employees used the machine two times a week to fill bottles.
