29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts, in-running nip points.    a) Bentley Laboratories, LLC/Edison, NJ site - Filling Room:    Equipment such as AP5 & AP6 Filler machines were not provided with adequate guards to prevent access to moving parts of the machine. Plexi-glass barrier guards were not interlocked and could be easily lifted while the machine was still in operation.    Condition noted on/or about 4/10/2017.    Bentley Laboratories, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1001216, citation number 1, item number 8 and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Fieldcrest Avenue, Edison, NJ 08837.
