29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded.  On or about 3 May 2017, and at times prior thereto, an employee was using the Turn-Pro Milling & Drilling Machine to drill four holes into aluminum shims that were approximately 10 inches by 3 inches in size, requiring him to use his hand to stabilize the piece during drilling without a guard in place, exposing the employee to an amputation hazard.

On or about 5 May 2017, and at times prior thereto, employees used a Porter Cable Band Saw in which the guard was completely in the up position and approximately 5 and 3/4 inches showing to cut various materials that were approximately 3 inches or less in height, exposing the employees to an amputation hazard.
