Zero exposure was assumed for the 72 minutes not monitored.

29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: FACILITY On, or about, May 9, 2017, the employer failed to perform annual audiometric testing for all employees whose noise exposure exceeded an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: a) Assembly - On October 19, 2017, an employee performing finishing operations was exposed to noise levels of 91.7 dBA when monitored for a period of 431 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 49 minutes not monitored. b) Core Making (No Bake)- On October 19, 2017, an employee performing coremaking operations was exposed to noise levels of 87.4 dBA monitored for a period of 408 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the 72 minutes not monitored.
