29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  a)  At the end side of building, an exit sign was not posted above the door, exposing employees to fire hazards.  b)  Between Line E and Phosphate area, an exit sign was not posted above the door, exposing employees to fire hazards.  Lincoln Manufacturing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1006250, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5301 Polk Street, Houston, Texas.
